Private Cooking Lesson

This is a perfect gift for the cook in your life who wants to take their knowledge about food , health and various cooking techniques to a new level. The class is conducted in the comfort of their home.

In our time together, we work on knife skills,  proper preparation of foods for optimal nutrition, time management in the kitchen and optimizing purchasing on a budget. We will decide upon a menu. Cucina Verde provides all the ingredients!

Class will last approximately 2-3 hours.

Cost: $200

 

Private Chef for a Day

This service allows the lucky recipient of this gift to come home to a refrigerator full of prepared foods.

This is the perfect gift for the busy family. We will agree upon a menu of 3 full meals. I shop, cook in their kitchen and leave the food food for them to enjoy, or food can be delivered.  No mess, no fuss, no bother! They just come home and heat up their meals!   Ingredients included in the price.

Sauerkraut Subscription  

This is for the sauerkraut lover in your life!  Each month, this person will receive one quart of sauerkraut, either mailed or delivered by moi to their home! These foods are packed with flavor and are teaming with beneficial micro organisms. What a perfect way to keep our guts in tip top shape while adding flavor and excitement to meals. Cooking Class-

I offer a variety of classes throughout the year, in the comfort of my farmhouse kitchen.  Join me for a class of your choosing. Details are provided upon registration.

$65-$85 depending on class.

Food Consultation –

This is for someone who wants to learn how to tweak their diet in order to achieve optimal health. This in person or distance consultation involves a pantry clean out, a discussion about whole, real, unprocessed foods, proper preparations of food as well as foods to remove from the diet. The recipient of this service is left with a week long meal plan and recipes to get them started. This is particularly helpful for those with digestive issues, allergies, food sensitivities, and immune issues.
